1. Monthly Plans Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for the current billing period after cancellation.

2. Semi-Annual Plans Semi-annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 14 days of the initial subscription. After 14 days, the remaining term is non-refundable, but you may continue to use the service until the end of the paid period.

3. Service Credits If ProxAI fails to deliver the agreed number of videos in a billing period due to system issues, service credits will be applied to your next billing cycle.

4. Initial Setup Fee The professional photography session fee (if applicable) is non-refundable once the session has been completed.

5. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact us through our LINE official account or the contact form on our website. Refund requests are processed within 7-14 business days.

6. Exceptions Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
